The small church of Saint Massimo in Borghetto, on the border between Villa del Conte, Santa Giustina in Colle and San Martino di Lupari is a gem from the X century, and gives testimony of a much longer history. Inside it we find a small museum that preserves two interesting Longobardic reliefs (a cruciferous Lamb and a man at prayer) and some stone materials from the Roman era retrieved in the surrounding area. The outside, like the inside, is very simple: because its walls are not plastered it is possible to admire the construction technique used with bricks (some of which are from the Roman era) and bands made of river pebbles.
