The Barchessa

Ca’ Marcello is a Venetian Villa built in 1500 by the Marcellos, a noble Venetian family. Immersed in the countryside between Treviso, Padua and Venice, it cradles the lively and glowing echo of the magnificence of its noble origins. It has been kept up diligently and passionately by its owners, offering its guests timeless emotions, full of history and memories. The Barchessa is an independent apartment located in one of the wings of the villa that was used for guests even at the time. It spans three floors (about 400 square meters) and is made up of 4 bedrooms (8-9 beds) and 3 bathrooms, a large living room, an office, a dining room and a kitchen. The furnishings include refined pieces, ancient paintings and other art objects belonging to the Marcello family, as well as modern elements. The atmosphere in the apartment is warm and elegant. The spacious bedrooms are fitted with refined textiles and draperies, oriental rugs and vintage furniture, and all face the internal courtyard. The Barchessa offers large private indoor and outdoor areas as well as accurate made-to-measure services. Air conditioning in every room, a garden with a private pool, wi-fi access in the entire structure, a large park and even a vegetable garden: these are just a few of the services and perks reserved for the guests. Other services available include: soccer field in the park and 4 mountain bikes with a direct access to the “Treviso-Ostiglia” bike path. A convenient private parking is located next to the entrance of the apartment.
