Nature trails and parks

Percorsi naturali e parchi

Valle Agredo offers stunning hiking and cycling paths for those who wish to discover and enjoy the area in a unique way: the St. Antonio trail along the Muson dei Sassi canal, the riverside path along the banks of the Tergola, the route along the old Treviso-Ostiglia railway line and the Sorgenti (Springs) del Sile trail. These routes are a great place for cycling holidays; except for the old railway trail, all routes are made more appealing by their proximity to the waterways. The Risorgive trail is another attractive option for those interested in a more educational visit.

In addition to the trails, there are several areas for outdoor relaxation and leisure activities: the Oasis of St. Cristina, Onara swamp and Sile Park.

Agricultural traditions

Local agricultural land is deeply connected to the rhythm and flow of nature. For many generations, the passing of seasons and working the fields have shaped local traditions.

Local tourist associations and churches still organise ‘Sagre’ (festivals) to honour each town and village’s patron saints; there are also several fairs that celebrate the agricultural world and showcase agricultural and farming products.
